Kudos to Office Max-- "Elf Yourself" and "Yes I'm Working" are both examples of ways in which "outside the box" thinking can engage consumers, who then act as "viral marketers" for a particular brand.

(I've already sent my "Elf Yourself" creation to over fifty friends!)
