Too bad they didn't bother putting any content up prior to their launch. I went, expecting to see some interesting stories about airline industry customer service issues, but didn't see a single one. Nada. Boring site, really. Too bad.

Relax, Peter. We wanted the site to have some integrity and not be staged with manufactured content. It's a press release announcing its launch. Every blog starts somewhere. Keep it real, man.
Thanks again Steve for mentioning us!
