Pew Chronicles the History of the Web 2.0 Buzzword

Pew has published a report called Riding the Waves of "Web 2.0" that attempts to define it. One key takeaway: not all 2.0 sites utilize the wisdom of crowds. More importantly, they also note that "the beating heart of the internet has always been its ability to leverage our social connections." Amen.
