Feds Enter the Blogosphere with FTC Tech Blog

Ladies and germs, the United States Federal Government has joined the blogosphere.

According to Reuters, The Federal Trade Commission has launched a blog about how technology is changing the way consumers conduct personal transactions - e.g. shopping, banking, paying bills, etc. It is being penned by a paralegal in the FTC's bureau of consumer protection.

The blog seems to be doing everything right. For starters, I like that the FTC didn't put the commish out there, but someone from the gut of the organization that many can perhaps relate to. In addition, comments are turned on.

If the Feds can do it, why not businesses?
