Conference (or Unconference) Blogging 101

Josh Hallett, who works with a lot of PR types and newspapers, offers an outstanding tutorial on how to blog a conference. It covers not only the tools, but a strategy to consider when having official hands on deck blogging an event. I would love to see a guide for conference goers too. It seems like there's often a lot of overlap between to folks who liveblog a conference. If a few coordinated and divided the work we could get more perspectives. For example, one person could focus on the speakers, while another would zero in on the attendees.
