Very interesting idea to incorporate recruiting/career info on your blog. Curious, did you propose this or did someone at Edelman bring the idea to you?

Steve,
Great idea.
FYI: I was able to pick up the feed from your blog using Sage feed reader with Firefox, but the feed isn't found/discovered at the Edelman Career site as you suggest in your post.

Adding to my comment above: the feed is found once you select a job location, and click through to the listing of open positions. You might want to add it to the main "career" page to avoid confusion.

Excellent idea. it's a good way to show new recruits how Edelman supports your blogging and the kind of open environment they can expect.

Great idea. My post today, which will be up in about an hour, asks HR pros at many of the leading PR firms about what they look for in candidates. But it doesn't cover the issue of how they go about finding them. It will be interesting for you to profile the types of candidates you attract through your blog and the number of people you hire. I really like it.
