Dell Learns

Dell is starting to get it quickly. They have a post responding to their recent customer service issues and even  one on the exploding laptop. Great going. Keep it up.

Wonder if they automatically screen comments from the Philippines. They have a huge CRM sweatshop here.

Dell learns? It's more of a case that people were too quick to criticise and that Dell knew what it was going to do all along.

I do not think that they are learning.
I use a Dell computer to type this and related on their blog about some issues I had with them.
So far I do not see any link back to my site so I would call their effort lip service.
