In an effort to spur employee engagement, National Semiconductor is giving its entire workforce of 8,500 iPods. Each employee will get a 30GB fifth-generation iPod. The iPods will come loaded with corporate podcasts and other communications. Now that's a way to get people listening to podcasts!
