BBC Radio Hosts a Party in Second Life

Here's more evidence that Second Life is becoming a valuable way for organizations to build a bond with influential consumers. BBC Radio 1 is hosting a virtual music festival experience in the game. It's an extension of an existing live event. The BBC can't accommodate everyone so instead they're adding a virtual festival by renting out an island in Second Life.
