Google Launches Consumer Generated Campaign

Google Blogoscoped notices that Google is developing deeper ties to Hollywood. They are marketing the upcoming movie The Break-Up with Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston by encouraging people to upload their own break-up videos.

I don't know. It's one thing to upload something funny, but I have a feeling that the idea of watching break ups would make people uncomfortable, like really gory scenes in movies.
