IMHO is (a) the backlink amount of Google so wrong that is quite dangerous to draw any conclusions from it (reference: www.webmasterworld.com) and (b) is the amount of results created by the "site:" query in no way a sign of quality or rank. There are still IndexSpammers online with millions of bulk generated blogs in there...
so, that top 100 is totally meaningless and it will only get some meaning, because YOU blogged about :-) !

Unfortunatly Google has bias towards English. So that list doesn't paint a accrurate picture.
