Google Real Estate Launches
Shimon Sandler has discovered Google's new Real Estate beta. I have confirmed its existence here. It utilizes Google Base and Google Maps on the back end. Shimon's a rising star. Keep an eye on his blog. He has a knack for breaking news, which is the hallmark of many popular blogs.

Hi Steve, I've recently opened a blog on "Old and new media", (in Italian) and you are one of my favourite sources of informations. I think that the combination of detailed maps with a huge database of ad spender will change the fundamental of entire businesses starting from directories.

It is not running yet on the realestate.google.com but yahoo has one at realestate.yahoo.com.
It is a great site.
