Congratulations to pioneer Constantin Basturea who today announced that he is joining The New PR WikiConverseon as Director of New Media Strategies. Constantin is one of the earliest PR bloggers who I started reading. He played a big role in inspiring me through not only his blog, but The New PR Wiki he maintains.
