Type, Save and Publish
ShortText.com is the easiest way I have seen yet to publish information online. It's like a fast food blog. All you do is type what you want to say, save it and you get a permanent URL where it lives. Entries are currently limited to 7500 characters and unless they're marked private, they are searchable. There's even a feed for the latest entries.

They just added an anonymous comment system too. Disposable blogs, anyone?

Why just make text, why not make your own cartoon. Just as easy.
