Technorati: the Silent Memetracker Killer?

Memeorandum is sporting a nice new design with more features planned. However, there's a dark horse in the memetracker wars and it's Technorati's Explore pages.

Then it aggregates these blogs' posts by recency and in-bound links. If this were to get a bit smarter and identify bloggers in different verticals, we could have mini memeorandums and Tailranks for dozens of verticals.
