Rasasa keep you closer to your favorite RSS feeds by delivering new items to your IM client if you're online and to your mobile phone if you're offline. This is a smart idea, but I am still looking for the solution that will IM me only if a certain threshold is met. For example, if 20 bloggers start talking about a client within an hour our team should know about it.
