Castrol Gets Down with Podcasting

Call me silly, but I like this idea. Castrol Syntec has a podcast series on racing, music, and a little bit of motor oil. It's hosted by Funkmaster Flex. Most of it is entertainment. It demonstrates that marketers are beginning to realize that they too need to become content producers.

I'm sure there will be a period of time where this will be a novelty, but when the novelty wears off do you really expect people will flock to websites showing these commercials?

I don't know what's worse: having a podcast about oil or the fact that Funkmaster Flex hosts it.
