According to PodGuide.tv, Bravo is making a free pilot episode of Top Chef available as a free download on iTunes (iTunes link). This is a great way to solicit user feedback for new shows. What I'd like to see next is an open source effort where a network releases a pilot, viewers respond via their blogs or in the iTunes review comments and then the network releases a retooled version. This would more or less be like running a focus group out in the open.
