Whoops!
I'm not even on the job at Edelman yet but already I'm getting an education! I just found out that the company I blogged about earlier today, Revver, is actually one of Edelman's gazillion clients. I apologize for not clarifying this up front, but I had no idea since I haven't even started yet! Wow, this is all going to be some adventure, huh? Nothing like joining a ginormous company to change your life.

See, everybody's still learning this stuff - even you Steve. :-)
At least you have a belief in one of your clients.
Congrats on the job BTW!

As you are entering a world you've never been - large agency life - you might want to click on such sites' "about" page, and see the press room.
Those 30 seconds for Revver would have shown Edelman as its PR firm.

Congrats Steve. Am new to your blog, but thoroughly enjoying it. One of the exceptional things about Edelman that makes it so great (I am told) is that it has the resources of a mega-conglomerate, but the environment and feel of a small boutique. Looks like you got a dose of the former, but make sure you keep us posted on how you are finding your new position.
