Ok, I know there are a lot of search engine wonks who read this blog. Help me understand this. How does Google determine what post it will spotlight as the second result on a relevant search? For example, when I search for my friend JD Lasica why is it that this post turns up as the second result? I thought it might have something to do with the post that has the most in-bound links, but from what I can determine it isn't.
