Whole Foods' CEO Has a Blog

This is really cool. The CEO of Austin, Texas-based Whole Foods Market, John Mackey, is blogging right on their corporate site. Whole Foods is a publicly traded company. They have reinvented the supermarket in the US and they are wildly popular with bloggers. They have tons of customer evangelists who they can engage in dialogue and this blog is one of their ways of doing just that. The blog features rich detail and it has comments and trackbacks turned on. So far, readers are liking that Mackey is keeping it real. From this page, it also appears that more blogs are planned.
