Popcasts is a new service that aggregates the most popular podcasts from many different directories and ranking sites, all on one page. The best feature is that it offers not only a master RSS feed, but a separate one for each list. Some of these services - such as Apple's - don't have feeds, but Popcasts some how offers one feed that you can use to track top podcasts on iTunes.
