It was gone for awhile, but now it's back. Technorati has re-started ranking a blog's recent in-bound links by authority. Just add ?sort=authority to any URL. For example: www.technorati.com/search/www.micropersuasion.com?sort=authority. Hopefully this will help us easily separate the rising tide of splog links from the legitimate ones.
