As previous accounts have hinted, PaidContent.org confirms that MSN has launched a blog network, akin to Weblogs Inc and Gawker Media. The network, now in beta, is called MSN Filter. It covers music, tech, lifestyle, sports and more. The bloggers are paid by Microsoft.
