How to Build Your Own RSS Feeds

As communicators move from feed readers to feed publishers, there is clearly a need for easy-to-use tools that will generate RSS or Atom files. Thankfully, a market is beginning to form here. PC Magazine reviews three applications that help you build RSS feeds and even let you create your own podcasts (two are for Windows, one for OS X). Overlooked, but still worth a look, are web-based tools from Nooked and IceRocket, not to mention Dave Winer's OPML editor.
