Recently CooperKatz's Micro Persuasion practice started working with the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, which is based in Kansas City. The Foundation encourages entrepreneurship across the United States.
Kauffman has a site for entrepreneurs called Entreworld. It's been around since 1996 and now they are looking to give it a significant refresh.
As they get ready to launch the new site this fall, the Kauffman team is turning to the blogosphere for help. They're asking growth-seeking entrepreneurs (and anyone else with a vested interest) to express what they would like to see on the new site. If you have ideas or needs, please do weigh in.
For starters, Laura Paglione kicks it off by asking who's number one on our IM buddy list, and would an on-line community where a bunch of entrepreneurs are “hanging out” (virtually and possibly asynchronously) be appealing. I am personally not a high-growth entrepreneur, but I work for one! I feel that for us if there were like minds available from the PR world via IM who could offer advice on call, it would be invaluable.
