Forrester: Consumers Don't Care About RSS

Charlene Li blogs about some new data from Forrester that reveals that only 2% of all online households were "using RSS." However, as Charlene notes, this does not include all the people who may be using RSS and don't even realize it. The moral of the story is sell the benefits, not the features.
