PubSub has introduced a new tool called LinkCounts that measure: InLinks - links to any blog site from from other sites; OutLinks - links from any blog to other sites and more. Here's an example, which measures LinkStats for my site. I particularly like how the output pages are feed-enabled. You can measure any site here.
