When Vigilante Customers Attack

As you tell from the recent Vespa announcement, I am a believe in customer evangelist marketing. But there's a flip side here as well - customer vigilantes. What should FTD.com do now that Alan Meckler blogs he wants a piece of them? They didn't deliver his wife's flower's in time for Mother's Day and he's mad as hell! I would be too. Alan writes...

I hope Google and other search engines pick up this post so that searchers can be warned about FTD.com.

You know you have problems when a CEO opens up a can of whoop-ass on you on his blog. Ouch.
