This Blog Isn't Kind to the Blind

Yes, you read that headline right. According to The American Foundation for the Blind, Hacking Netflix, the Fastlane General Motors Blog, BusinessWeek's Blogspotting and this blog are inaccessible to the vision impaired because we don't label graphics and images with descriptive "alt" tags.

I would love to make my blog more friendly to the vision impaired, but I suspect much of the responsbility falls on Six Apart, which powers all of the blogs listed above. In the meantime, if anyone out there wants to play with my template to make my blog more friendly to the visually challenged, please post a comment and I will send it to you.
