Location-Based Moblogging

A startup project called "Rabble" will streamline the process for publishing text or images from a cell phone to a blog, according to the Merc. It will create a way to search mobile blogs for items of interest - from homes for sale in a particular neighborhood to updated tour information for a favorite band.

And here's another one: http://www.crunkie.com/

Am I the only one getting tired of the pre-launch hype of things? I was already to sign up, start testing, having fun. And then, it's all invite-only etc.

So now, it becomes my problem to go back and check in. And there's no blog I can subscribe to....

Crazy?

User-generated-media on the go! Sounds like we will not be bored in traffic jams anymore. Applications like Rabble might make it easier for wireless service providers to sell higher-end smart phones.

Burson-Marsteller just uncovered a new group of technology enthusiasts who feed on information and want to spread their views to their peers using hi-tech products. Rabble sounds like the service for these tech-fluentials.
