Ukraine President Viktor Yuschenko is Blogging - Sorta

A world leader has joined the blogosphere - sorta. Viktor Yuschenko, who was recently sworn in as Ukraine's president, is blogging. Well, his "personal site" is structured like a blog, and it's RSS enabled, but I am not sure if it's really a blog. It's not written in human-speak. Still, it's a start. Here's the English version.
