Margot Wallström, vice-president of the European Commission and commissioner for communication and institutional relations, will start a blog on January 14th, according to a report in the EUobserver. Wallström has the job of selling the EU constitution to European citizens. The blog will be updated two to three times a week.
UPDATED 1/14: The Commish's blog is now live.

I found several problems with the blog although Margot is to be applauded for starting one:
the first problem is the blog does not publish the comments.
the second problem is there is no rss.
the third problem is it is only in english.
