Computerworld reports that as corporate weblogs have multiplied, a number of legal issues have arisen. They list some of the dangers in corporate blogging and precautions companies should consider. Didn't they know they were supposed to scare us before Halloween, not after?
In all seriousness, each week I get more questions about this topic than I do any other. I am not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV, so I am clueless here folks. I need to get smart. As a result, I am in the process of pulling together a blog roundtable of esteemed attorneys who will help answer our questions on critical legal issues related to corporate blogging, including Sarbanes Oxley. If you have questions please leave a comment on this post. If you're a lawyer who would like to participate in this Q&A, please email me.
