CDW's Brian Reich writes on his personal blog that his company plans to use blogs to take customer case histories - a major thrust of many tech PR campaigns - to a new level using blogs. CDW launched a program that will award five small businesses with tech makeovers valued at up to $75K each. After the technology is deployed, CDW will build a special online site will to showcase the companies' experience with the technology. The site will include video footage, case studies, expert commentary from tech experts and a blog.
