I don't think this has been around, but I am sure you'll correct me if I am wrong. Technorati is now running contextual keyword text ads that are syndicated through a site called GetFound.com. At post time the ads could be viewed on this search results page for Firefox. No word yet on how one goes about buying such ads. See screen grab below.
