Peter Caputa's at it again. He's paying $5 to bloggers who link to this post.

I bet the idea would have spread a bunch more if it was $5 to EVERY blog that links to you.
some people make blanket offers on SEO boards for a few bucks a month every month for every IP address that links to them.
