Weblogs can be used for much more than attracting new buyers. They can also help build customer loyalty once they have purchased your product. Two new blogs bring this to light. Kodak recently launched a blog called ofoto brownie that provides a wealth of tips to beta users of their Macintosh application for photo uploading. Bradsoft, a software company, has launched two tip blogs - one that provides Topstyle tips and another for FeedDemon tips. That's smart marketing that hopefully others will emulate.
